直到要找這首歌的歌詞，才發現宇多田光已收在記憶抽屜深處至少兩年，連名字也記不起。
原曲是（土反）本龍一在電影《戰場上的快樂聖誕》(Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence)的著名配樂樂《Heart of asia》，歷年許多DJ推出自家混音版。
記得早年健身中心在公司樓下做推廣，邊播《Heart of asia》邊跳健康舞。即使沒有這段回憶，這歌最適合邊唱邊扭著腰跳舞，拍成音樂錄影帶畫面一定很好看。
